Never thought about this, but think about it.
If Adam was the first man and Eve was the first woman.
And if they had two sons, Caine and Abel, and Caine killed Abel.
And then if they had a third son, Seth.
Then, who was the second woman?
How, biblically, did the rest of us get here?
Was Seth a hermaphrodite?
Did he have intercourse with a sister, what sister?
Or, or his …?
