“A thousand years will pass and the guilt of Germany shall not be erased.”

He was wrong, 920 years short.

Eighty years later 20 percent of Germans, aided and abetted by Vance and Musk, voted for the Nazis.

If you think that was anything less than yesterday, then you have learned nothing since.

The world is there again. This time it includes us.

Explain that to the 9,000 Americans buried in a cemetery overlooking Normandy. You can’t.

The United States was a good idea for 236 years.
